Documentation of the process of ‘Re/tell Atlas’ Video Excerpt, 2021
Mixing and mastering Re/tell Atlas.

Sampling the sound silently to compose Re/Tell Atlas was intuitive, this allowed my body to react to memory of my chosen materials rather than rely on my ear. This process relinquished control as a method of un-learning.

My agency was taken back through the visualising and composing of the sampled fragments and again, in the mixing process, using space and echo units to shape the sound body through my own.

Re/tell Atlas is a cassette soundscape that forthcoming, 2021.
